Meet the Founder of Renovation Renders, Pete Wand-Tetley.

Since I was very young, I have always loved both designing and creating. Starting my career more as a passion, I worked as a 2D Graphic Designer in my teens initially. Exploring any project I could get my hands on. Eventually, this led to a career based within the events industry, where I worked as a Senior Project Manager, creating 3D CAD designs and bringing clients’ visions to life.

In 2019 I purchased my first property, and there’s no denying it was a real fixer-upper. The plan was to turn the one-bedroom flat into a two-bed. So, with big decisions to be made and a million routes to go down, I put my design skills to work and began helping my partner and I to visualise the space and potential plans efficiently.

From removing and relocating walls, spotlight locations and electricity points, to furnishings and checking the bath fitted next to the toilet and sink - you name it, I designed it!

Throughout the process (alongside plenty of DIY chaos), I discovered a real love for creating and planning interior spaces. Once our property was complete, I was asked by some friends to help them to visualise their kitchen and bathroom renovation, and it was at this point I realised other would find my skills useful, too.

Fast forward to 2022, I decided to take the plunge and started Renovation Renders, supporting private homeowners, whilst collaborating with interior designers and architects to visualise their projects, whether big or small.

Today, at Renovation Renders we work from our studio in leafy Surbiton, transforming plans into dynamic 3D photorealistic images and 360 video animations. Take a look at our gallery for past examples for inspiration. . .
